Breaking through traditional manufacturing to step into new quality production.

This project, as a crucial part of the South-North Water Transfer Project, aims to break away from traditional manufacturing models and propel industry development and intelligent transformation to a new level under the impetus of the national intelligent manufacturing strategy. With the intelligent solutions provided by LE Robotics, it achieves continuous production capabilities around the clock, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

LE Robotics' intelligent steel arch frame production line completely overturns the traditional manual operation mode, constructing an automated manufacturing factory that spans the entire production process. From the feeding of I-beams, leveling, splicing, CNC cold bending, end plate assembly welding, to the final product stacking and unloading, the entire process is automated and unmanned. This fundamentally changes the previous traditional production process for tunnel rebar, not only improving production efficiency but also ensuring the consistency and reliability of the products.
