Hu Haojie
Executive President (CEO) of LE Robotics

LE Robotics' internationalization goal is to bring China's industrial embodied intelligence technology to the global market—establishing benchmarks in North America and upholding standards in Europe. It not only leverages its full-stack capabilities of "perception-decision-execution" to meet local needs but also aims to build a solid reputation and foundation for "Intelligent Made in China" in the global high-end manufacturing market through a unified service system and quality standards.

Fabtech Exhibition (Chicago)
AI Welding & Cutting Ignites the North American Market, Embodied Intelligence Delivers Practical Results
On September 11th (local time), Fabtech Chicago, North America's most influential professional exhibition for metalworking and welding, concluded successfully at McCormick Place in Chicago, USA. LE Robotics (Booth No. B11061) participated in this exhibition, focusing on the welding needs for pipelines, pressure vessels, large steel structures and non-standard components in the energy, heavy machinery and infrastructure industries. It highlighted the technical advantage of "InstantSeam Welding" and officially launched two key products: Maverick X and Maverick S.
During the exhibition, Maverick X was demonstrated to address the core welding needs for pipelines and pressure vessels in the North American market. Relying on 3D Vision Technology and AI path planning, it can achieve accurate identification and adaptive adjustment of complex workpieces, while improving welding consistency and one-time forming rate.

For large-scale steel structure processing, Maverick S demonstrated stable performance and high efficiency in scenarios of large component mobile operation and cross-seam continuous welding. This core technology became a key highlight attracting on-site customers, reflecting LE Robotics' technical adaptability in multiple industrial scenarios.
Both products are based on the company's self-developed full-stack embodied intelligent welding and cutting system. This system covers core modules such as 3D Vision Technology, AI path planning, real-time arc and laser tracking, and online process adaptation. It ensures welding precision, operation efficiency and multi-scenario adaptability through underlying technologies, providing customers with an integrated intelligent welding and cutting solution.

During the exhibition, LE Robotics' booth completed a total of over 900 technical demonstrations (covering pipeline welding, steel structure applications, etc.) and opened up hands-on experience for customers. It attracted client inquiries from more than 40 countries (including the United States, Canada, Italy, France, etc.), gained attention from multiple industry media outlets, and achieved a brand exposure of over 4 million impressions. Meanwhile, the company connected with more than 210 local enterprises in North America, successfully signed multiple orders (covering large manufacturing enterprises and industry leaders), and locked in high-intention orders worth tens of millions of US dollars. These achievements have significantly enhanced the influence of LE Robotics' technology in the North American high-end manufacturing sector, further accelerating the integration of "Intelligent Made in China" into the global industrial chain.
SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN (Essen, Germany)
Deepening Presence in the European Market, Embodied Intelligence Unlocks New Opportunities
The 2025 SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN (Essen, Germany), held once every four years, concluded successfully at Messe Essen on September 19th. As a top-tier event in the global welding industry, it is renowned as the "Olympics of the Welding Industry". LE Robotics participated in the exhibition, showcasing its full-stack self-developed technologies at Booth 7E26 in Hall 7, and presenting the latest achievements and innovative applications of China's industrial embodied intelligence to a global audience.
At this exhibition, LE Robotics focused on demonstrating its independently developed L3.5-level AI welding and cutting solution. Based on a closed-loop control system of "perception-decision-execution", this solution integrates real-time laser tracking, arc tracking, and online process adaptation functions, enabling high-precision and high-reliability operations in complex scenarios such as steel structure welding.
During the exhibition, LE Robotics' booth completed over 600 technical demonstrations, attracted customer inquiries from 35 countries, achieved a brand exposure of more than 1 million impressions, connected with over 170 enterprises, and signed multiple orders. In fact, LE Robotics had already launched its global market layout in 2024. The achievements of this exhibition further verify the adaptability and reliability of its global service system, laying a solid foundation for deepening overseas market cooperation.
Technological Core and Globalization
AI + Embodied Intelligence Reconstructs the Value of Two Markets
The success of LE Robotics at two overseas exhibitions in September lies in its focus on AI and embodied intelligence as core technologies, which accurately meet the differentiated needs of the North American and European markets. In terms of its global strategic layout, LE Robotics adopts differentiated strategies for the two markets: for the North American market, it emphasizes "technological innovation + high-end benchmarking"—taking leading customers at the exhibitions as entry points to build a high-end brand image through advanced technologies and high-quality services, in line with the North American market's high acceptance of new technologies; for the European market, it focuses on "compatibility + reliability"—reducing the threshold for market expansion by adapting to local brands and meeting strict quality standards, so as to meet European customers' core demand for technical stability.
Against the backdrop of the segmented global industrial robot market, the demand in manufacturing fields such as metal processing in North America has grown against the trend. LE Robotics' strategy of "technology focus + regional customization" not only lays a solid foundation for subsequent large-scale mass production and delivery in the two markets, but also marks the official global launch of China's industrial embodied intelligence technology, continuously expanding its influence in the global high-end manufacturing market.

The September exhibitions passed in the blink of an eye.LE Robotics made appearances at the two major exhibitions in Chicago and Essen, showcasing new achievements of China's industrial embodied intelligence technology, and winning attention and recognition from the North American and European markets.
We not only shared our innovative strength, but also communicated with global peers and made progress together, verified our technical direction, and gained valuable suggestions and experience.
Though the exhibitions have concluded, innovation continues.LE Robotics will keep deepening its efforts in the fields of AI welding & cutting and embodied intelligence, and with more high-quality products and solutions, serve global customers and embrace more opportunities.
See you next year, and look forward to our reunion!
