The lingering warmth of the Double Festival holiday had not yet faded, and the production workshop of LE Robotics was already abuzz with the roar of machines on the first weekend— the steady cutting sound of CNC vertical lathes, the precise operation sound of horizontal machining centers, and the program operation sound of gantry milling machines intertwined into a passionate "industrial symphony". In recent days, in the face of the situation where domestic and foreign orders have doubled year-on-year, multiple departments of LE Robotics, including R&D, technology, procurement, production, quality, and sales, have broken their regular rhythm, launched a delivery defense battle with the momentum of a "100-day assault", and interpreted the corporate belief of "fulfilling commitments with hard-core strength" with sweat and perseverance.
Order Surge: "Votes of Trust" Amid Industry Boom
As the industrial embodied intelligence track continues to heat up, LE Robotics has become the focus of the market. Since the beginning of this year, domestic and foreign orders have poured in like a tide: the domestic market covers core fields such as steel structures, petrochemical equipment, and intelligent production lines, with the order volume far exceeding that of the same period last year; the overseas market has achieved even greater breakthroughs, with orders from customers in Europe, Oceania, and North America pouring in one after another, and the global market layout is accelerating its implementation.

"Customers are lining up for delivery!" The person in charge of the sales department admitted that the order growth stems not only from the outbreak of industry demand— the upgrading of traditional manufacturing to intelligent production has spawned a large demand for non-standard welding equipment, but also from the market verification of LE Robotics' "Hand-Eye-Foot-Brain" technical architecture: LE Robotics' "welding wherever there is a gap" embodied intelligent welding and cutting robots, relying on the advantages of high precision and high flexibility, have verified their stability in high-end scenarios such as petrochemical equipment and rail transit, with a repurchase rate of over 95% and new orders actively recommended by old customers accounting for 60%.
Full-Chain Collaboration: From "Individual Combat" to "Group Army Charge"

Behind the order growth lies a cross-departmental "delivery battle". Faced with the threefold challenges of "a large variety of products to produce, tight delivery deadlines, and high processing difficulty", LE Robotics focuses on "ensuring delivery" and activates the full-chain collaboration mechanism:
The Production Center took the lead in launching the "assault call". Employees in multiple production line positions such as machining, sheet metal, welding, surface treatment, assembly, and packaging take turns on duty and stay in the factory every night to monitor equipment status and personnel efficiency in real time. Faced with the pressure of full-load operation of key equipment such as CNC vertical lathes and machining centers, the team compressed the time consumption of a single process by 15% through dynamic scheduling and process optimization. The daily product completion volume has repeatedly broken records, and the "today's target achievement rate" on the workshop electronic screen has always remained above 100%. Technology and quality serve as the "double insurance".

The procurement department has linked up with the global supply chain to lock in sources of imported precision components three months in advance; it has also implemented the "VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory)" model for domestic raw material suppliers to ensure materials are replenished as they are used. The logistics team has launched a "green channel": domestic orders are shipped within 48 hours, and overseas orders have their transportation cycles shortened through China-Europe Railway Express and air dedicated lines, pressing the "accelerator button" for delivery.
In the workshop, Master Wang, a commissioning technician, stared at the welding trajectory screen and quickly adjusted parameters on the console: "The non-standard pressure vessel welds of this batch of equipment have high requirements for welding precision, and no carelessness is allowed!" Master Deng on the assembly line shuttled between workstations: "I just completed the final assembly of the customized model for the European customer yesterday, and today I need to rush to commission the North American order—everyone is holding their breath and giving it their all!"
From technical backbones staying at the production line to solve process problems, to quality inspection engineers checking each weld with a magnifying glass; from warehouse managers verifying material lists in the early morning, to the after-sales team intervening in customer needs in advance—all LE Robotics employees have engraved the word "delivery" into their daily work. As the production director said: What we manufacture is not only equipment, but also the sincerity of LE Robotics employees to safeguard every trust the customers place in the brand. Every delivery is permeated with the original aspiration of "treating equipment as works of art and customers as family"—because we deeply understand that what we deliver is never a cold machine, but the customers' trust in LE Robotics' "committed to intelligent manufacturing".
Currently, the "100-day assault" has entered the sprint stage. LE Robotics has not only achieved a breakthrough in the "quantity" of orders, but also consolidated its market reputation with the guarantee of "quality".
