




One Acceptance Test,

Large steel structure components are characterized by large dimensions, widely distributed welds, significant specification variations, and long operating travels, placing nearly stringent demands on system coverage, weld recognition, path planning, process stability, and continuous operation capabilities. The acceptance logic of European heavy industry clients has never been "can the equipment run?" but rather three harder questions:

· Can the system cover real working conditions?
Not standard test pieces, but actual components on the client’s production line with varying dimensions and complex specifications.

· Can the process be stably reproduced?
Not a single beautiful sample weld, but forming quality and consistency under continuous operation.

· Can the production line workers operate it?
Not a demonstration with engineers present, but the client’s own daily operation after delivery.
This on-site acceptance and delivery covered multiple aspects including system operation, task execution, weld forming, process adaptation, and operational application. For all three questions, the client answered with their own production line.
What Was Delivered Is a "Total Solution," Not "A Piece of Equipment"

LE Robotics’ delivery logic always revolves around the client’s production tasks, not around the product catalog.
Starting from the client’s actual workpieces, weld forms, and production needs, the project coordinated the robot body, welding hardware, motion platform, vision system, and welding process to complete working condition analysis, solution design, system manufacturing, software configuration, and process debugging. From workpiece evaluation to operation training, the entire process was measured by only one standard—"can it enter the client’s real production?"

From recognizing workpieces and locating welds, to planning paths and executing welding, LE Robotics continuously drives the intelligent welding system to upgrade from "equipment can run" to "the system can complete production tasks."
