In multi-layer multi-pass welding processes, the LE Robotics L3.5 system utilizes Loyalty AI dynamic control technology and millisecond-level real-time communication capabilities to achieve intelligent welding process control. The system captures weld seam status in real-time via 3D Vision, automatically planning the welding path and bead distribution.
During welding, the Loyalty AI algorithm, based on current-voltage dual closed-loop control and a dynamic molten pool model, monitors molten pool temperature, weld seam formation, and other data at a 1ms response speed. It dynamically adjusts welding current, wire feed speed, and welding torch angle to ensure precise bead stacking and uniform formation.
Automatically calculates the number of passes and filling sequence based on groove depth, dynamically adjusts parameters for each layer for high deposition rate. Through vision + arc sensing closed-loop feedback, monitors molten pool status and instantly adjusts current/speed, ensuring consistent quality in all-position welding.
Integrates a process database covering hundreds of material combinations (carbon steel/stainless steel/aluminum alloy), intelligently matching welding wire/gas/parameter combinations.
